Q: WHERE MAY I PURCHASE A MALL GIFT CARD?
A: Gift Cards may be purchased at the Customer Service Center, by calling 1-800-615-3535, or online at www.mallgiftcards.net. Gift Cards may be purchased in any amount from $5.00 to $500.00.
Q: WHICH STORES ACCEPT THE MALL GIFT CARD?
A: Mall Gift Cards can be used throughout the mall and at outside stores within the mall complex.
Q: YOU MUST KNOW THE EXACT BALANCE OF YOUR GIFT CARD AT ALL TIMES! HOW DO I OBTAIN THIS INFORMATION?

Q: WHAT IF MY PURCHASE IS MORE THAN THE AVAILABLE BALANCE ON MY GIFT CARD?
A: YOU MUST KNOW YOUR CARD BALANCE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE. Ask the cashier if they will accept two forms of payment. If so, PAY THE DIFFERENCE FIRST with another form of payment accepted by the merchant. Then have the cashier process the Gift Card as a credit card transaction. Most merchants accept this form of “split tender“ payment.
Q: WHY CAN'T THE STORE TELL ME MY BALANCE?
A: YOU MUST KNOW YOUR CARD BALANCE BEFORE YOU MAKE A PURCHASE. Mall stores do not have access to the card balance information until after the transaction is completed. The Gift Card's remaining balance may appear on your receipt as the authorization number. (Example: Authorization code of 001735 = $17.35 remaining balance.)
Ask your sales associate where your balance is located on the receipt.
Q: THE CASHIER HAS REPEATEDLY SWIPED MY CARD, AND KEEPS GETTING A CARD DECLINED MESSAGE EVEN THOUGH I AM CERTAIN OF MY REMAINING BALANCE. WHAT DO I DO NOW ?
A: The quickest way to solve this problem is to have the cashier call 800-755-8713 and speak to the Gift Card Customer Service Representative.
Q: WHAT IF MY GIFT CARD IS LOST OR STOLEN?
A: There is a $5.00 processing fee to replace a lost or stolen gift card.
Q: DO RESTAURANTS AND SALONS ACCEPT THE GIFT CARD?
A: Yes, but gift cards can only be used to pay for meals or services. They can not be used to pay for tips or gratuities.
Q: HOW DO I RETURN SOMETHING PURCHASED WITH MY GIFT CARD?
A: Return policies vary at each store. Most stores require the original gift card and store receipt be presented at the time the return is made. Money that is refunded back onto the gift card may be held for up to three business days. |
